His patience and knowledge were very appreciated. He kept the whole thing together. My husband and I built a brand new custom home with a suite with this company in Vancouver, BC. From the very beginning to the final completion of the project, VGC was a professional, respectful, punctual, dedicated, knowledgeable and easy-going company to work with. Joey was our project manager and was so pleasant to work with, and always responded right away to any concerns we had. We would use VGC again in a heart beat and happily provide references for them. As a person who has worked in customer service for almost 50 years, I believe it should be recognized when you recieve great service. Joey at VGC did just that. His friendly, quick response to my issue, even after reno completion, was outstanding. He worked with my schedule, and within a couple days the problem was fixed. Kudos to Joey and VGC.

Just finished up with our condo renovation with the VGC team and we couldn’t be happier. Once we established our scope with the very personable Sal, we worked through the design and material selections with Mahsa and then Kia took over as the PM through construction. We recently renovated our condo. Work included removing a kitchen wall, new kitchen, bathroom updates, new flooring, storage solutions and adding soundproofing. Joey and Mahsa were knowledgeable and professional. Mahsa had great suggestions, and came up with a design which was cohesive &  listened to our wants. Joey says he will do something and keeps his word - Problem solving where needed. We are very happy with the design & project outcome.
