VGC managed the full City of Vancouver rezoning and laneway home permit application, engineered drawings, foundation, framing, mechanical rough-in, and all finishing trades. The laneway home features a ground-floor living area and kitchen with a lofted bedroom above — maximising the permitted footprint. Timeline: 26 weeks from permit application to occupancy. Fixed price: $285,000. Current rental rate: $2,800/month.
