District of North Vancouver Permits
The District of North Vancouver covers Deep Cove, Capilano, Edgemont, Seymour, and Lynn Valley.
- Online applications through District’s permit portal
- Processing: 4–10 weeks for residential projects
- Hillside development permit required for some steep properties
