Do I need a permit to renovate my condo?

Not all condo renovations needs permits, but all condo renovations need strata approval. Our team can help you identify what you need, and assist you along the way.

Can I remove a wall in my condo?

For most cases yes, but it does depend on the type of building you live in and how it was built. For example, if you live in a concrete building, the only walls we can't remove are plumbing walls and concrete columns. Our team of condo experts can help you identify them.

How long does a condo renovation take?

This depends on what you are looking to do, some can be done within 4 weeks while other may take longer depending on the extent of the scope.

Will I be able to live in my condo while the renovation is happening?

If we are doing a full condo renovation and working on all the rooms in the unit, then you would need to find temporary accommodation. While if we are just doing a kitchen and bathroom in your unit, you will be able to stay there.
